Cindy Skoda, Founder & Dental Payer Consultant

 With more than 20 years in dentistry, Cindy has experienced nearly every side of dental practice operations. Starting as a dental assistant in 2003, she quickly moved into front-office administration and went on to work in private practices and DSOs as an office manager, regional manager, trainer, and RCM leader. Her experience also includes helping establish new dental offices and leading centralized revenue cycle management teams. It was through her work in centralized RCM that Cindy developed a deeper understanding of the complexities of credentialing, payer enrollment, and dental insurance networks.


For approximately 15 years, Cindy has specialized in dental payer enrollment and strategy and has worked with more than 500 dentists throughout her career. She stays current on changes in the dental payer landscape and maintains a strong network of industry professionals. Her goal is simple: to help dental practices better understand and manage their payer relationships with practical, knowledgeable guidance.
